Built to last

Glass breaker is tungsten carbide point, not rated for heavy impact. Works on tempered glass, not windshields. Tactical pens are expensive per function (regular pen + pocket tool is cheaper).

• Practice impact angle on scrap glass—90-degree strike point-first is most effective. Glancing hits don't break tempered glass.
• Ink refills are replaceable—buy spares when pen is available. Tactical pen manufacturers don't always stock refills later.
• Metal body gets cold in winter—wrap in cloth for comfort. Bare metal feels like holding ice.

Q: Does the glass breaker really work on car windows? Yes, on tempered glass (side/rear windows). Windshields are laminated and won't break. Angle matters—straight 90-degree impact required.
