30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If any item disappoints you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the product price. Unused gear in original packaging qualifies automatically; if something arrived damaged or defective, we refund or replace it without requiring a return.

Supplements and consumables

Sealed CONTINUITY bottles and tubs can be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened supplements cannot be returned — once a safety seal is broken the product cannot be resold or re-entered into inventory, and we will not ship a returned consumable to anyone else. If a supplement arrives damaged, leaking, past date or with a broken seal, send a photo with your order number and we replace it or refund it in full. No return needed.

How to start a return

Email support with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Return shipping for non-defective returns is paid by the customer; we cover it for anything damaged, defective or shipped in error.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection ($3.99, optional) covers loss, theft and in-transit damage on the order it is added to. With it, a lost or stolen parcel is reshipped once at no cost as soon as the carrier confirms the loss or 7 days after the last tracking scan, whichever is sooner. Without it we still help you chase the carrier, but a carrier-confirmed loss is not automatically reshipped. Shipping Protection is not refundable once the order has shipped.
