Shipping, Returns & Disclaimers

This page sets out how shipping, Priority Handling, free gear and returns work at Watchtower Supply Co. Please read it before you order.

Where your order ships from

Our gear is shipped by a fulfilment partner from warehouses outside the United States, mainly in China. Every order ships with tracking. CONTINUITY supplements come from a separate supplement partner and arrive in their own package, with their own tracking.

Shipping rates (US)

Standard (tracked): $7.95. It is free when your order is $149 or more.
Priority Handling (ships sooner): $14.95. See below.

International availability depends on the product and destination. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if your destination is not available.

Delivery times

Standard orders are placed with our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days. The warehouse then packs the order. Once the parcel is with the carrier, transit to the US typically takes 5–11 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, carrier volume and holidays can add time.

Priority Handling disclaimer

Priority Handling puts your order at the front of our queue. We place it with our fulfilment partner ahead of standard orders, normally within 1 business day. Warehouse processing time still applies.

It does not upgrade the carrier or the shipping method, and it does not shorten transit time once the parcel ships.
It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If we do not place your Priority order with our fulfilment partner within 1 business day, we will refund the Priority Handling fee.
Apart from that, the Priority Handling fee is non-refundable once your order has been placed with our fulfilment partner.

Free gear

Free gear is added to your cart automatically when your order reaches each level:

$100+: a free Mylar Blanket 4-Pack.
$149+: a Metal Field Compass is added, and standard shipping becomes free.
$200+: a Rescue Signal Mirror is added.

The prices shown next to the free items are the prices we sell them at individually. The level is based on your merchandise subtotal. The free items, Shipping Protection and shipping charges don't count toward it. Free items have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or credit. If you return items and your order falls below a level, you need to return the free item for that level too, or we deduct its listed price from your refund.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns of physical items, except for the non-refundable purchases listed below. Contact support with your order number to start a return and we will send you return instructions. You pay the return shipping costs. We issue your refund to the original payment method within 45 days of receiving your return.

Not refundable:

Monthly subscriptions. Charges already processed are not refunded. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
Digital products (ebooks, guides and other downloads), once purchased.
Shipping charges and the Priority Handling fee, except as described above.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.
