The Watchtower Guarantee

Gear fails at the worst moment. The Watchtower Guarantee is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. If an item covered by it breaks in normal use, we replace it. There's no repair shop and no argument.

What it costs

15% of the covered merchandise subtotal, shown as a separate line before you pay. It is off by default and entirely optional. Your order ships the same way whether or not you add it.

What's covered

  • Every physical gear item on the order it was purchased with.
  • Failure from normal, intended use. Examples: a crank that stops charging, a seam that splits, a hinge that snaps, or a filter housing that cracks.
  • Items that arrive broken, or that are lost or stolen in transit.

How long

12 months from the delivery date.

What's not covered

  • Consumables and parts meant to wear out: filter cartridges past their rated capacity, batteries after normal cycle life, matches, fuel, and single-use items once they've been used.
  • CONTINUITY supplements, digital downloads, and gift cards.
  • Damage from misuse, modification, abuse, submersion beyond the rated depth, or use outside the product's stated purpose.
  • Loss, theft after delivery, or cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function.

How to claim

  1. Email support with your order number, a photo or short video showing the failure, and one line on what happened.
  2. We review claims within 3 business days.
  3. Approved claims get a replacement of the same item. If that item has been discontinued, you get the closest equivalent or store credit for what you paid for it. We usually don't need the broken item back.

Each item can be replaced once under the Guarantee. The replacement itself is not covered again.

Refunds of the Guarantee fee

If you return or cancel an entire order, the Guarantee fee is refunded with it. Once any claim has been paid on an order, its Guarantee fee is no longer refundable.

The Watchtower Guarantee is a replacement promise from Stand Fast Supply Co. It is not an insurance policy. It doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law or any manufacturer warranty.
