By ordering from Stand Fast Supply Co. you agree to these terms. Prices are in USD. Advertised discounts are automatic Shopify discounts applied at checkout.

Gear

Product specifications reflect manufacturer-stated capabilities; emergency and outdoor gear requires common sense and, for medical items, appropriate training. Nothing sold here is a substitute for professional emergency services, medical care or official guidance.

Supplements

CONTINUITY products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

They are daily nutrition for people who plan ahead. They are not emergency medicine, they do not treat exposure, illness, radiation or contamination, and we will never tell you otherwise. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or managing a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

You are responsible for checking that a product suits you. Ingredient panels are printed on every label and reproduced on the product page.

Standing Order

Standing Order is a recurring subscription. You are charged and shipped on the interval you choose until you cancel. You can cancel or change the interval at any time before the next charge, from your account or by emailing support, with no fee and no minimum number of shipments. We email you before every renewal. A shipment already dispatched cannot be cancelled, but it is covered by the 30-day guarantee.

Limits

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full, including where a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
