Where to start
If you take nothing today, take CON-03 BASELINE. Shelf-stable eating is calorie-dense and nutrient-thin, and a multivitamin is the cheapest floor you can put under it. Add CON-01 BLACKOUT next: water alone does not replace what heat and exertion strip out.

Why the labels look like that
Every bottle carries its unit designation on the front because that is what you reorder by. The Supplement Facts panel is printed exactly as the manufacturer issues it — we do not retype a single milligram. Everything else on the label is ours.
