Built to last

Paracord is strong for its size but thin—if you yank hard with a full knot, it can snap. Meant for securing, not climbing. 10+ feet is emergency supplementary cordage, not primary rigging.

• Before deployment, find the slip knot or starting knot. Pull one end steadily—don't yank, the weave unravels when coaxed.
• Inner strands can be extracted individually for fishing line or needle work. Don't waste the core material.
• Practice unweaving at home once—panic unraveling often crushes the knot or tangles it. Muscle memory helps.

FAQ

Q: What's the actual breaking strength? Strong enough for lashing, hanging gear and shelter lines; not for climbing or rescue loads. Weaving reduces it slightly. Single-strand (deployed from core) is ~50 pounds.

Q: Can I use this as a belt? The bracelet isn't designed for load-bearing (support) but can serve as emergency waist tie if your belt fails.

Q: How do I know it's deployed correctly? Pull smoothly on one end. Cord should unravel without the bracelet coming apart. If it tangles, you hit a knot and need to adjust.
